Do I need technical knowledge to use your system?

What if I’ve been scammed by EA vendors before?

Is this system compatible with prop firm rules?
Prop Machine is one of our bots that was designed for Prop Firms trading. Having said that, all of our trading bots are designed to meet the risk management requirements of prop firms, including daily drawdowns, equity limits, and trade consistency.

How is your DrawdownManager EA different?
Drawdown Manager EA is made for position traders who use mean reversion and DCA trading strategies without using a typical stop-loss. Can I use your EAs on multiple accounts?
Yes. In fact this should always be the way to diversify your portfolio and distribute the risk properly. Your license will enable you to use the EAs on multiple accounts depending on your subscrtion tier.
Do your EAs work in all market conditions?
Each EA is built for a specific trading style. Trend Guardian works best in trending markets, while GRiD shines the most in ranging markets. Having said that, we have included filters to help the EA navigate these market changes. You’ll learn when and how to use each tool so you can adapt with confidence using our AI assistant.
Can I adjust the risk settings on my own?
Absolutely. In OFX, we don’t believe in black-box EAs, and neither should you. All our EAs are customizable to match your risk appetite. You’ll never be locked into someone else’s trading logic.
What happens after I subscribe?

Why your EAs run only on MT5?
While MT4 is widly populer due to its earlier adoption, yet MT5 is much more superior in back testing and optimization, which was crucial to our traders.
How often do you update your EAs?
We release updates regularly to keep up with market changes, MT5 platform updates, and trader feedback. We value all of our customers’ recommendations, and we update our EAs when we see fit!
What kind of support can I expect?
We provide access to our VIP community and AI assistant to all our users. In addition, our Yearly and lifetime users receive 1-on-1 coaching sessions. We provide Ask Me Anything online sessions (subject to availability). Will this work with my broker?
Our EAs are broker-neutral and designed to handle a range of spread and execution speeds. Having said that, if you use our partner broker, you will get a cashback in the form of a discount to your monthly or yearly subscription.
How long until I start seeing results?
That depends on how closely you follow the blueprint. Most users start seeing improvements in consistency and discipline within their first few months. Remember, this is a marathon, not a sprint!
What if the market changes suddenly?
All our EAs come with builtin equity protection settings, and paramters to adopt volatility. We also update the VIP community with market news, and recommendations on the setups.
I’m brand new to forex, can I still use this?
Yes and no. If you’re a beginner who understands the fundamentals and basic technicals of trading, you can start slowly with us. However, if you have no knowledge of trading, this system won’t be the right fit, you’ll need a basic understanding to keep up and succeed.
